Our products are only shipped within the United States. In-stock items normally ship within 7-21 business days after an order has been placed. Furniture items made on order or custom orders can take up to 60 business days to ship. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Furniture, Custom and Special Order items cannot be cancelled.

We allow for exchanges or a return for store credit on: Home decor, and bedding if unopened and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the factory carton packed exactly as it was shipped, otherwise returns will not be accepted.
If you wish to return an item listed above, you will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, etc) Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable
